Do you think you could take it just one step further and write a statute on Drunkenness? We will make it point "XI. Drunkenness" in the outline.
Please look at one of the other statutes for the model and the outline (e.g. Theft or Homicide).
A. Case Law Precedent. Pick out one or two key passages that summarize the law on drunkenness.
B. Statutory Provision. Write a summary paragraph or two that summarizes the law as expressed in all of the verses you cited.
C. include summary phrases that capture the related principle contained in other verses that you have cited along with the reference. Be sure to include verses like Dt. 14:25,26 and John 2 that allow for the use of wine and strong drink in moderation.
