Theory Of Law Comments: Theocracy is rule by God not us

I know this isn't a law, but I wanted to comment. I appreciate what you are trying to do here as far as making America's government more just and godly. Whenever I have a chance to vote for laws or people that will help this become a reality, I will. However, we do know that government will not ultimate run this way. The one world government will be ruled not by Christ (initially) but by the enemy.
We need to respect God's relationship with nations and individuals over time. He didn't give just one size fits all directives even to Israel over the course of their history. Taking tithing for example: in Deuteronomy 14:22 they are told to throw a party in the presence of God with it, including alcohol. (Haven't heard that preached from the pulpit in a while.) Later in Nehemiah 10:39, they are socking this away in the storehouse and the emphasis is much more on providing for the Levites.
The world owes much to the justice and wisdom of levitical law. However, we have something even better today: the continuing counsel of the Holy Spirit, and the comfort of knowing the God himself will establish and run a perfect government. It is pretty clear that establishing this will not be our work:
1 Cor 15:22-27 22 For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. 23 But each in his own turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. 24 Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. 25 For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. 26 The last enemy to be destroyed is death.
